Day One:
Your journey from the Adelaide CBD is an easy 1-hour drive through the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide.
Check into your luxury cottage from 3pm and relax in comfort and style with a delicious gourmet platter and welcome bottle of sparkling wine on arrival. Enjoy the picturesque natural vineyard setting and the gorgeous outlook over the surrounding Barossa Ranges.
Each cottage boasts a comfy King Bed with premium linen and towels, spa bath, and a fireplace for those cool winter nights spent cuddled up in front of the fire with a beautiful Barossa red.
Head out for romantic dinner at Vintners Bar and Grill, one of the regions most premium restaurants.
Day Two:
Enjoy a lay in to kick off your day followed by a delicious self-cooked gourmet breakfast at your leisure.
Mid-morning enjoy the ultimate pampering session with a float or infra red sauna session at Third Space Float and Wellness Studio or head Endota Spa Barossa Valley at the Novotel for a couples massage or facial.
Feeling relaxed, head to lunch at Fino at Seppeltsfield. Sit on the patio among the iconic palm trees and taste some of the Barossa’s finest food.
After your lunch spend the afternoon visiting some of the boutique wineries in the region including Charles Melton, Rockford or Elderton
That evening stay in and relax at your cottage. You can cooked your loved one a delicious home cooked meal in your fully self contained kitchen or have a barbeque under the stars. Head to bed early because tomorrow starts early…
Day Three:
This morning you will rise early for an experience of a lifetime as you head to the Novotel for breakfast and a sunrise hot air balloon ride with Barossa Valley Ballooning.
Your hot air balloon flight will last about an hour but the magical memory will last forever. As your experienced pilot takes you higher and higher, you’ll marvel at the early morning tranquillity and feeling almost motionless
Along the way you will have countless photo opportunities to capture this experience of a lifetime, as you take in the 360˚ panoramic views of vineyards and the Barossa ranges, right to the ocean.
When you return to earth, there’s no better way to complete your flight than by reliving it with your fellow balloonists at the breakfast table. After the balloon is packed away, you’ll return to the Novotel Barossa Valley to celebrate in style. Enjoy a delicious gourmet breakfast and raise a glass of bubbly to toast your experience.
