Tariff

Standard rate $235 per night/per couple, extra adults $75 each per night, children 0-4 $25.00 each per night, 5-12 $45.00 each per night. Discounts available for group bookings and longer stays.

Provisions for self catering cooked breakfast for the duration of your stay include: gourmet bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, fresh local bread, orange juice, milk, jams and cereals.

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and full payment is required at least 30 days prior to arrival. Payments can be made by Visa, Master Card, money order, cheque or direct bank transfer. You will be provided with our bank account details and instructions.

Cancellations

We recommend you take out travel insurance for protection against cancellation of travel. Cancellations notified more than 60 days prior to arrival day, entitled to full refund less $100 processing fee and any commission if booked through third party agency; between 60 and 45 days will forfeit %50 deposit paid; less than 45 days will forfeit all monies paid.
